With far-sighted vision coupled with business & leadership skills, he has built a team of professionals to ably chart the course of the group’s success. He is also actively involved in community services to contribute his bit towards the development of society.

A renowned medical practitioner, with over 15 years’ experience at prestigious hospitals in the USA, Dr. Padma returned home to India in 2009 with a determination to make a difference in the healthcare scenario. Heading the Sentini Hospital at Vijayawada, she has introduced a number of initiatives to ensure world class treatment with a patient-centric approach.
Managing Director - Sentini BioProducts, Sentini Cermica & Sentini Flopipes
Ms. Jaya heads the day-to-day operations of the Sentini Group and is responsible for execution of future plans and new endeavors. With a Master’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, she has been an integral part of the core team since the group’s inception. In recognition of her business acumen, the State Government of Andhra Pradesh conferred on her the “Best Lady Entrepreneur Award” in 2002, “Best Management Award” in 2016 and 2018.
